Honors Writing #3
Honors Students, please post the following blog entry by the end of the school day on Friday, Nov. 21. These will be graded over TG Break and are worth 20 points.
Everyone else: if you are interested in doing this as a challenge assignments (an extra grade), just let me know.
Literature:
Describe the use of three specific literary techniques that the author uses in your novel to develop the theme. Be sure to identify a specific theme and express it as a distinct, thoughtful phrase (or eve a complete sentence). Also, be sure to directly link each lit technique to the theme and support your claims with at least three pieces of direct evidence in each body paragraph.
US History:
Address the following prompt in the form of a well-developed, organized essay. All of your evidence should come from the Nation of Nations text. Your essay should be a minimum of five paragraphs and each paragraph should support your thesis with thoughtfully chosen pieces of evidence from Nation of Nations (a minimum of three pieces of evidence in each body paragraph).
Why is the Civil War is often described as the Second American Revolution?

Part 2:
Post a highly detailed specific plan to develop your product for the H2O Project. You must post:
a) All resources needed
b) All people needed
c) A detailed schedule for yourself that runs day by day from tomorrow for two weeks.
Please be as complete as possible and be highly specific, accurate and responsible in this plan. your resources will be distributed based on the completeness of your plan.
